Oppo NEO 3 R830 features a 4.5-inch display with a FWVGA (480x854) screen resolution, a dual-core 1.3GHz processor, and a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash alongside a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The Oppo Neo 3 runs the company's proprietary ColorOS v1.0.0 on top of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. It features 1GB of RAM, and 4GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). On the connectivity front, the Oppo Neo 3 includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, OTG, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth 2.1. The smartphone packs a 1900mAh battery, measures in at 132x65.8x9.2mm, and weighs 128.5 grams.
